Well, wise people learn from their mistakes. But it seems that Apple has lost another iPhone prototype in a bar which was a very precious device for the company. According to CNET sources, Apple desperately wants the device back in their territory again. Interestingly, Apple has informed the police for the cooperation in the matter. This iPhone prototype was lost in Cava 22, ‘taquila lounge’ bar. Perhaps, the actual lost occurred from Mission district at the end of July. Apple has electronically traced the phone at a home in Bernal Heights neighborhood.
However, after the search at home, nothing had been reportedly found. Though, the man had visited Cava 22, the same night iPhone prototype was lost. There is no doubt that the lost iPhone prototype could have a technology similar to ‘Find My iPhone’ which helped the company to trace it in various locations. But we are not very much sure because it could be an hardware installation in the device at the time of manufacture. This iPhone prototype has also been spotted selling at Craiglist where it was sold out for $200. Apparently, no images or any information about the device is known right now.
Earlier, we reported that an iPhone 5 prototype has reached to carriers for testing. It could be in the form of current generation iPhone with some difference in the internal hardware to prevent leaks. We all are already aware that Apple lost one more prototype before the release of iPhone 4 which was sold to Gizmodo and leaked all over the web. Would the same happen in this case? We will keep you updated.
